As an Organizational Psychologist and Leadership Consultant, Marcie Elias advises Boards, CEOs and senior executives on the relational dimensions of leadership and organizational life, and works with executive management teams from a similar vantage point to help them function and lead more effectively. Todd Shaw is a Human Resources (HR) executive and consultant who has a passion for building technology-driven service businesses that create valuable new opportunities for their customers.  He has partnered with C-level leaders for over 20 years to help them build outstanding leadership teams, align culture with strategy, and drive change to achieve business plans. He has helped build organizations that delivered organic growth (PayPal revenue more than doubled during his tenure) and acquisition-driven growth (Bank of America revenues nearly tripled from 1996-2006).  He has led global HR operations for over a dozen years, including 3.5 years living in Asia. Todd has most often played broad HR leadership roles for businesses but also has focused at times in the areas of talent acquisition, organization & leadership development, and compensation. Since 2000, Stephanie has provided her specific consultation and facilitation expertise to a number of long-standing clients to include: Cisco Systems, NetApp, SalesForce, Genentech, Oracle, Texas Instruments, Stanford University, and Lucille Packard Hospital.  She is a certified master facilitator for both Instructor-led and virtual platforms.  As part of her extensive facilitation experience, she was brought in for a three-year project that included facilitating a seven-week leadership development program to three large healthcare organizations.  The audience included CEO and executive staff to first-line leaders.  The average score for over 1500 evaluations was 4.85 on a five-point scale.

Stephanie understands the pressures of management and executive positions because of her 20+ years of experience in both the public and the private sector. As Vice President of Marketing for Drake Beam Morin, the world’s leading individual and organizational transition consulting firm, she cultivated new business opportunities and nurtured the existing account base.  She achieved 125% in her first year in the position while also earning the “Number One Office in the Country” out of 80 eligible offices based on overall revenue attainment and customer satisfaction surveys.  Prior to that role was the Career Center Director for one of DBM’s largest clients achieving, at the time, one of the highest candidate placement records for the organization.
